We understand your anxiety and apprehension about specialist root canal treatment or dental trauma. Our mission is to make your experience with The Endodontic Centre a comfortable and pleasant one.

 

We trust that your dentist has given you some information about us. In order to make your first experience with us an enjoyable one, please take a minute to read and confirm the following information.

1. Your appointment has been made exclusively for you. Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend the appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee.
    

2. It would be very helpful if you could fill in the medical history form prior to your visit. The form can be downloaded from here. If you have a referral form provided by your dentist, please take a photo or scan the referral and forward both documents to us (referral@theendodonticcentre.com.au or text to +61478943688). We also appreciate that you can bring the original referral form to your appointment. 
    

3. We do not have patient parking at both of our practices but there is free on-street parking. Alternatively, you can park at Westfield Doncaster or Unihill Bundoora, a short walk from our practices. Please contact us if you have trouble finding a car park.
    

4. All accounts are to be paid on the day unless arranged prior. We accept EFTPOS and all major credit cards. We are UNABLE to process any health insurance claims. However, we will provide an itemised receipt to claim directly from your health fund. We apologise for this inconvenience.
    

At the first visit, our Endodontist will go through your treatment history and assess the teeth independently. This involves some special tests and taking some radiographs (X-rays). Your endodontist will then discuss the treatment options and decide which treatment is right for you. Our endodontists will be happy to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have at that time.

 

We understand that most people do not like dental appointments, thus we would like to commence and complete the treatment on the day if possible. However, this is not always possible and we will discuss this during the consultation appointment.
