Dr Yosh Shibata completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Western Australia in 2000. After practising in Perth and later establishing a successful clinic in Melbourne, he went on to complete a Master of Science in Endodontics with distinction through King’s College London in 2021. In 2025, he completed specialist training in the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Endodontics) at the University of Melbourne and is now further extending his research through a PhD in Endodontics.

With 25 years of clinical experience, Yosh is recognised for his meticulous technique and strong commitment to patient-centred care. He currently serves on the committee of the Australian Society of Endodontology (Victoria Branch) and is a clinical demonstrator at the University of Melbourne.

Outside dentistry, Yosh enjoys water sports and snowboarding, and is fluent in English and Japanese.
